SWEET AND SPICY MEATBALLS

1 cup red hot jalapeno jelly
2/3 cup apple juice
2 tablespoons cornstarch
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon ground ginger
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder

2 pounds store-bought fully cooked meatballs

directions
Heat meatballs according to the instructions on the package.

Add meatballs to sauce; stir to coat. Cook over medium-low heat 5-7 minutes until thoroughly heated, stirring occasionally.

Add meatballs to sauce, stir to coat.  Reduce heat to med- low for 5-7 minutes or until thoroughly heated, stirring occasionally.

Note:  If planning to make a large amount for a party, I would place heated meatballs in a chafing dish and cover with the sauce and gently stir to coat.  Keep heat on low and they will be just right by the time your guests arrive.
